The bar, with it’s imposing chimney from bygone days, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy some time with family and friends, and an opportunity to discover some of our local drinks: Aubrac Tea, Gentiane, Kir with Chesnut Cream…
With a choice of the fast menu for those in a hurry, or the traditional menus for those with more time, sat in the large dining room, you can discover a traditional country cooking such as: cold meats from the Aveyron region, home-made pate, calf's head, cepe mushroom omelette, fillet of trout in Marcillac white wine, local lamb with rice, and of course not forgetting our cheese board including many local cheeses like Roquefort as well as our special house desserts.
